Sharon and Larry Pace are real estate investors, house flippers and short term vacation rental super host. We are currently renting out our fully furnished vacation rentals on the Texas Coast on Galveston Island. During the Texas coast off season our rentals are used for midterm and long term rentals for local and traveling guest. Our primary focus is transforming older pre 1950 homes that are scattered across Galveston Island and transforming them into updated livalble spaces while keeping the historical features of the original home. You will always find preserved historical features while staying at our rentals such as refinished wood floors, exposed brick chimneys, orignal shiplap and cozy front porches to enjoy the gulf breeze.
