Galveston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. I am aware that bugs can get into the space. I do have regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. We do not refund if a bug is found.

The space
This private property is the perfect retreat for those looking to relax and unwind in style.
The backyard is a true oasis, featuring large outdoor space where you can sit back and enjoy the gulf breezes.
Whether you're looking to read a book, soak up the sun, or just enjoy the fresh air, this backyard has it all. For those looking to get cozy on cooler evenings, the fire pit area is the perfect spot. Grab a blanket, light the fire, and enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the flames.
For those looking to hit the beach, the property comes equipped with beach chairs, 4 well maintained bikes and a wagon making it easy to transport your gear and enjoy a day of fun in the sun.
The home is conveniently located near Schlitterbahn waterpark, Moody gardens and the Galveston Convention Center.

Location: 10 minute walk to the beach. 7-10 minute drive to the cruise port and the Strand.

General: Free high-speed Wi-Fi, Keyless front door entry, short walk to beach, free parking.

Living Room: The living area has plenty of space to hang out and relax while watching the large 50" Smart TV with Roku.

Kitchen: This chef’s kitchen has all the necessities to satisfy any chef! All new stainless steel appliances and plenty of pots, pans and skillets. There are enough dishes for groups of up to 10 along with a plastic set for kids. We have a beautiful coffee bar with a Keurig (pods are provided!) and a regular coffee pot as well. We also have a waffle maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, ice maker and microwave amongst other amenities.

Dining: Round dining room table with seating for six. The bar area provides additional seating with 4 bar stools.

Laundry: Feel free to use our washer and dryer for no additional charge for the duration of your stay.
Guest access
Guest will access the property using keyless entry. Instructions are sent to guests the day before arrival.

*Hurricane Season Recommendation*
Hurricane season is June 1–November 30. If traveling during these dates, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, either through Airbnb or from another insurer, with coverage for natural disasters. While hurricanes rarely impact the Galveston area, it’s always possible, and they may impact your personal travel getting to the area. Refunds are not provided for weather-related trip delays, unless there is an evacuation order in the vicinity of this property. Travel insurance can protect you from circumstances that may hinder you getting to the property, such as flight delays or cancellations.
