The space
This property sits one block to the beach and is walking distance to the famous Seawall and to local favorites like Brickhouse Tavern and Joe’s Crab Shack.

-Primary Bedroom: 1 King Bed with an adjacent room and ensuite bathroom. The adjacent room has a twin daybed and twin trundle bed.
-Two additional Guest Bedrooms each with queen beds.
-Upgraded Queen Sofa pull out bed
-1 Pack ‘n Play

Indoor Living: 55" TV in the main living room and another in the primary bedroom, dining table, ceiling fans, wood flooring throughout.

***Please note that the stairs inside the home are steep steps and should not be played on by children**** A baby gate is provided for your convenience.

PARKING: There is room for two or three vehicles in front of the home along the curb going the flow of traffic.
