Galveston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. I am aware that bugs can get into the space. I do have regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. We do not refund if a bug is found.

There is parking in the front of the home but please be courteous not to block any neighboring driveways.

While hurricanes rarely impact the Galveston area, it’s always possible, and they may impact your personal travel getting to the area. Refunds are not provided for weather-related trip delays, unless there is an evacuation order in the vicinity of this property.
