House Rules
Basic house rules:
• No smoking inside or outside
• No pets unless previously approved
• No parties
• No unregistered guests
• No eating or drinking in bedrooms
• No fake tan, lotions, or oils on linens
Kitchen:
Feel free to use anything in the kitchen. We provide tea, coffee pods, ground coffee, creamer, and sugar. We have a vast array of cooking utensils and appliances. Our only request is that you place all dishes and utensils in dishwasher and start it prior to leaving. We provide a few dishwasher pods as a starter supply.
Noise:
There is a strict Quiet Hours policy from 10 pm to 7 am as this property is in a residential neighborhood.
Firepit:
Enjoy the firepit, but please turn it off completely before going inside. Please be considerate of the main house guests as this is a shared space.
Grill:
The grill is fueled with propane. The grill can be used by all guests on the property.
Laundry:
Washer and dryer with starter detergent pods are available for your use.
Sauna/Hot Tub: These amenities are used by the main house guests only unless there is no one staying. We will let you know if it's available but would charge additional for these amenities to be used.
